We were challenged to create a solution to implement a platform that would help publicize the real estate project of 56 modern apartments that requalify the historic center of Ponta Delgada.
A platform capable of demonstrating the potential of the apartments and easily communicate the different stages of construction as it is performed.
A website with a modern design capable or generating leads, dynamic and intuitive.
Solution
WordPress was the platform chosen to implement this project. For being the most powerful CMS in the market and for having the necessary extensions to present the website’s content intuitively and aesthetically pleasing.
This platform also allows the client to easily update the gallery as the construction advances.
To answer the needs of traffic analysis, SEO and analytics enhancer platforms such as Google Analytics were installed, for the marketing department to produce content and proceed to the necessary changes to improve the client’s experience.
Result
A website elaborated with a design inspired by the luxury offered by the real estate project. A website that is intuitive,responsive and worthy of the prestige and demand of Grupo Pestana.
